Is Tidy King Licensed, Bonded and Insured?
Yes. Tidy King is licensed within our local county. We carry Two million dollars of General Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance along with an Employee Dishonesty Policy.
Do I need to be home when Tidy King arrives?
No, it is not necessary for our clients to be home; however, Tidy King welcomes our clients to remain home during cleanings. In the event that you are not home, our Client Representatives will work with you to secure a key and/or security access code to your home. Rest assured - we securely track keys and access codes to provide our clients with anonymity. Therefore, we will never write your name and address on the key.
What do I need to supply to clean my home?
Nothing, Tidy King supplies all cleaning supplies and equipment. For sanitary reasons, some of our clients prefer us to use their brooms, mops, vacuums and toilet bowl brushes. In such cases, we are happy to accommodate their requests. Please notify us at the time of booking of your preference.
How do I make my payment?
Payment is due when service is rendered. For your convenience, we accept personal checks, cash and major credit cards.

One to three Client Representatives will clean your home. The size of your home will determine the number of people.
How long will it take to clean an average home?
The average residential cleaning is between two and four hours. If additional time is required, Tidy King will notify you and provide an estimate for completion.
What happens if I find an item damaged or lost?
Your peace of mind is our priority. Our employees are drug-tested, pre-screened for past criminal history, and background checked.
Tidy King's representatives are trained to preserve valuables when cleaning your home. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged or lost, please notify our office within 24 hours so that we can take immediate action to compensate you.
